We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability, especially during peak times. For airport transfers and special events, booking a week in advance is advisable. However, we also accept last-minute bookings based on vehicle availability.

Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking. Modifications depend on vehicle availability. Regarding our cancellation policy: cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service receive a full refund; cancellations within 12-24 hours receive a 50% refund; and cancellations less than 12 hours before the service are non-refundable.

Yes, we can provide child seats upon request. Please specify the child's age and weight when booking so we can provide an appropriate seat. This service is available for a small additional fee.

All our drivers are professionally trained, licensed, and experienced. They undergo thorough background checks, regular customer service training, and are familiar with Hong Kong's roads and traffic patterns. Our drivers are fluent in English and Cantonese, with some also speaking Mandarin.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, bank transfers, and cash (for certain services). Corporate clients can establish an account with us for monthly billing.

For standard bookings, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 24 hours before the service. For airport transfers and hourly charters, full payment is required at the time of booking. Corporate account holders will be billed according to their agreed terms.

Our quotes include standard service, driver, fuel, and basic amenities. Additional fees may apply for: waiting time beyond the included grace period, additional stops not included in the original booking, tolls, parking fees, late-night surcharges (between 11 PM and 6 AM), and special requests such as child seats or specific amenities.

For airport pickups, we include 60 minutes of waiting time from the actual flight arrival time. For all other pickups, we provide a 15-minute grace period. Beyond these times, waiting fees apply at HK$100 per 15 minutes.

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. We only collect necessary information to provide our services and do not share your details with third parties unless required to fulfill your booking. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

If you leave something in one of our vehicles, please contact us as soon as possible. Our drivers check vehicles after each service and submit any found items to our office. We will make every effort to reunite you with your belongings. Items are stored for 30 days, after which unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of.
